We can highly recommend Ideal RV. We’re based in Kalgoorlie WA; we decided to make the trip over to Melbourne to pick up our Cape Otway 19.6, which we had the decals changed to Beeksters Semi Extreme (Self-Titled) and to have a hand over with Nick & Raj, we were totally blown away with how good the van was. Nick And the team definitely go out of their way to help and make anything possible. We have had the van a few months now and wanted to review it after we had used it and made sure everything was as it should be with only a few minor things along the way. You can not go past Ideal RV caravans, they are quality built caravans and value for money. The team at Ideal RV/Latitude RV Caravans are best people to deal with from sales Nick to Nish production and design to manager director Danny, we where so overwhelmed with they help to build our van.
We couldn’t be happier with our Ideal RV caravan. We have felt supported by Nick and the team at Ideal every part of the way through the process of building our dream van- nothing has seemed like an issue. Even the after service once we had picked up the caravan has been amazing! We had a couple of hiccups (no fault of ideal or the manufacture, just because we didn’t understand how to use something) and Nick, Nish, the Electricians and Danny have all jumped to help us straight away. Would highly recommend buying a new caravan from IDeal RV Caravans. Got all the extras we wanted for a great price. Nick went the extra mile doing some last minutes changes for us which we much appreciated. Thanks to Danny, Nick and the whole team at IDeal RV for building our caravan perfectly to our requirements.
