Ideal Roofing did a great job on all of my buildings. Rosendo and Tia were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and managed the project quickly and smoothly. Rosendo was extremely conscientious in repairing problems as he encountered them, without complaint and without charging extra. I highly recommend their family-oriented operation if you need professional help with your roof.
Rosendo & Tia are great people; professional, prompt, friendly, & fast. They use *high quality materials (Malarkey Roofing Products) & gave me multiple options during my initial quote. I have a 1400' sq. home that Rosendo & his team were able to complete in a little over a day. That included teardown, re-roof, & transitioning from standard roof vents to an upgraded ridge vent. Awesome experience. Got a fair quote. Had a friend of mine who is a GC look the quote over and said that is exactly what he would do. Showed up at 7am, had a big enough crew to get the work done in a single day. After they cleaned up, you couldn't even tell they were here.....except for the gorgeous new roof. Anyone who needs some roof work done. You can't go wrong with them. Local family owned business. Excellent quality.
Ideal did a complete replacement of our 28 year old roof in September 2022. It was a praiseworthy effort and we are happy we selected them to do the work. The crew was polite, very neat and extremely efficient, and the owner was always on site to answer any questions. The price was very competitive and all work was first class.
