They were referred by a local realtor. The estimate needed adjusted due to needing more plywood replaced, and additional truss repairs that none of the other estimates by other roofers addressed, but they had. But more were discovered when the bad plywood was pulled. The dips and valleys on the roof were straightened and look very good. I very rarely ever leave a review. But in this case I must. Rosendo and his crew are professional, highly skilled and on top of every detail. We had a challenging roof to repair and replace including rotten fascia boards, etc. Our new roof not only looks good, but I know it’s been expertly installed. One thing that mattered to us while we were getting estimates was that Rosendo only runs one crew. He’s present every day, all day. Also, his pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
