Penny is a lifesaver! I had a total meltdown during the shutdown and had really packed on the pounds. I lost nearly 50 lbs and have kept it off. I’m confident that when I’m ready to go back on plan and make more progress towards my ideal weight, I’ll start dropping even more. It’s simple to follow and takes the guesswork out of what to eat. Penny coaches with her whole heart and sincerely cares about every one of her patients. ❤
