This is the best program ever. Cindy my coach walked me through my journey to get to my ideal weight. I didn’t feel hungry or low in energy at all during my almost 5 months of losing weight. In fact she taught me how to live a healthier life and respect my body. I am still using all my lessons learned after 6 months and I am still in shape. The idea behind the program is to listen to your body get healthy. I wish I could choose 1000s of stars instead of 5 here. 😊
