I called this company for information on getting a standby generator installed. Within the first 5 minutes of the conversation they told me that they don’t service my area. Knowing that I wasn’t going to be a customer, Greg stayed on the phone with me while at a job site for at least 15-20 minutes taking time out of his day giving me advice on what to look for in a company in my area, typical costs of an install and answered several of my questions.
