Heard the store closed. Hopefully my negative review was part of the reason. I’m left with an incomplete kitchen and incorrect tile I can’t use nor return for a refund.
Raj and staff are excellent. Extremely helpful and will go the extra mile. Great level of service.
I’m a returning customer, both times Raj made my experience a breeze with his knowledge on the products. We bought cabinets and a stone for outdoor kitchen. And other items. Everything was scheduled on a timely basis.
I was renovating a bathroom and received prices from another store.I stopped at Ideal and they beat their price by $100.00. I ordered from them. The trouble started when I needed to return 10 bullnose trim the next day never unwrapped. I found out they do not have a good refund policy. I wasn't given an itemized bill so when they finally gave in to do a refund they only gave me $43.00 The previous store gave me an itemized estimate and they were $10.00 each. Raj is wonderful to work with and has been so helpful in the past when we needed tile for bathrooms in our house, so when my parents renovations began, I knew he would be the person to help them find exactly what they were looking for. Their bathroom looks amazing and they now have beautiful new kitchen counters.
