We purchased our bullfrog hot tub from ideal pools over 4 years ago and we have been very pleased with their support and service since then. Recently one of the the jetpacks malfunctioned and even though our purchase is several years old, the head technician went above and beyond to contact the factory and get us a new jetpack at no charge. They have always been responsive and professional and I highly recommend using them for all your hot tub needs. They sell a superior product and they are a terrific crew

These guys are the best in the business. From the owner to the guys that open and close my pool and to the staff in the store; all have met and exceeded my expectations. It is nice to deal with a company that is not only extremely competent and knowledgeable, but also responsive and understanding. I will keep working with Ideal as long as I have a pool.

They did work for a family member and I was really impressed with the finished work. I've worked around construction/contracting and the quality and professionalism is definitely above average with this company.
