Our salt water chlorine generator failed. Ideal came and diagnosed the problem. We fixed it ourselves (now sure of the issue). Ideal reached out a few days later to be sure we were all set. This is some of the best pool service we have received in this area in many years. Thank you for your help and customer service, it was much appreciated.

Great place for all your pool needs. Have tried several different companies to service our pool over the years but this company outperforms all. We purchased our bullfrog hot tub from ideal pools over 4 years ago and we have been very pleased with their support and service since then. Recently one of the the jetpacks malfunctioned and even though our purchase is several years old, the head technician went above and beyond to contact the factory and get us a new jetpack at no charge. They have always been responsive and professional and I highly recommend using them for all your hot tub needs. They sell a superior product and they are a terrific crew
