Wow these people don't even pick the phone let alone as advertised at 8am. Good thing it was not meant to be. Glad the next 3 pool companies gave me the time and day. Should have read Google reviews first.

After you sign the contract it’s out of your hands, you have no say as the wife/ manager knows best. I have had nothing but problems since it was completed in 2016. 1st, painting of the coping was the wrong colour even though they said grey is fine but came home to orange. 2nd, The plumber is there diesel mechanic. 3rd, Pebble had rust spots from the fibre Crete needles that were exposed and needs to be replaced. 4th, Hydrostatic Pressure valve was never installed just a cheap DWV IO cover pressed into the shell when sprayed... read more
My pool is still not finished from 2023, they dug a hole for pool and left a big hole sitting there. It is now filled with water and dirt. Tried calling no reply back. Don go this company. I paid a $13500 deposit and still no money back or pool finished.
