Very poor service, attended for an appointment, the appointment was rushed and was told by the chap he’s going on holiday and will update us when he is back, of course we received no call back, we then rang and chased it - should that really be our job? Promised call back, nothing received…. Went elsewhere and glad I did, absolutely appalling customer service, I have a few thoughts as to why this happened and none of them are good thoughts!
