This place is where want to be if you just had any kind of surgery and need PT. Everyone knows what they're doing, they all know what you need to work on if they need to shift you to someone else, and they all care about your progress. I had rotator cuff surgery for the 2 tears in my shoulder, and I never thought I would get back to my normal self, the pain was intense, and the healing was just so slow at first. I want to thank the entire ATI staff. From the very beginning, I was very pleased by their attitude—everyone is so kind and professional. They always treat me with care and respect, they also have a very good relationship with each other and have a very good customer service. They encourage me, and the whole team works together in perfect coordination. Thank you, I am so grateful for all the effort you put in every time I go for my therapy sessions. Wonderful office, very welcoming and kind staff. They work with you to find ways to accommodate what you’re capable of doing and always check to make sure it’s not causing additional pain. I’ve only been 3 times so can’t speak definitively to the efficacy yet but I enjoy coming to my appointments, and with a process like this if you enjoy it you’re more likely to stick with it so that is a big deal. I would recommend this office without hesitation to anyone.
