It's not all about the money you overcharged me and that's wrong! It's bad when a company insists on remote physical therapy assessments. How can you possibly detail a patients physical abilities and deficiencies with out seeing PPL in person. My experience was bad, my first appointment had to sign the paperwork, and tech said ride bicycle to warm up. Tried but I can't do that my knee hurts too.....You should have known that....
