I loved this office and company before then I get sent a notice 1 week before they close the office and relocate. Not only that they get rid of staff and doctors. This is a vital location where most just can't up and relocate to office 45 away. ESPECIALLY now that the Key bridge is Gone. Call it a merger whatever. You are messing with people's lives and medical treatment. It's life and death. So no location on north Baltimore side that makes no sense. This doesn't look good nor is it ok. I gave 4 stars because I have gotten my life back. 2 1/2 years I've been a patient at IO. This clinic has the nicest people working there. Quick on appointments. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the prescriptions take to long getting to the pharmacy. I know there is a 24 hour wait time but when snow storms or u missed appointment and need the dose for that day , there is no urgency to getting the script in.
Great staff. Great Doctor's. Every visit is a pleasure. Very helpful caring and kind.
