Waste of time and money. They offered me something I can NOT take. Then when I told them it makes me ill and interacts with other medications, they basically said take it or leave it. I left it. You need a doctor, not a nurse practitioner who belittles you. Talked down to you. Makes you feel small. The nurse practitioner told me she didn’t want to prescribe medication because of the street cost! I don’t know the street cost of my medication but I know it keeps me clean. I absolutely love the ladies up front! They are the sweetest and easy to talk to! However the dr treats u like an addict! IVE been on these for 9months now,there’s absolutely no reason I should have to come back every 2weeks or even 3!! I should be in monthly now! Not missing work and other appointments to come in for refills! Smh
The lady at the front desk was rude and had an attitude the whole time. Made me never want to return to this location. Another clinic didn’t schedule the appointment like they were supposed to for me and she was getting all stressed out and nasty.
If you want to be seen and understood this clinic is the place. I love the team here such wonderful people!
My grandson’s mom comes here to the doctor once a week and the staff is very nice she used to go to Springdale to ideal option but the ideal option in Springdale shut down and she went to Bentonville and Bentonville is to far so she goes here to Fayetteville and the staff at this clinic are very nice thank you guys
