The lady at the front desk was nice. But the check in computer wasn't working properly. Then it came time to meet my counselor the first time via zoom and I just sat and sat waiting. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting , I gave up and left. Thats no way to treat a patient.
Everyone that I’ve came across at Ideal Options Monroe Office has been very polite, caring and knowledgeable. All easy to talk to you, true professionals. The same can be said for the video conferencing staff as well. They make it pretty painless to get oneself back on track!!!
Very nice, friendly and professional
Always there for their patients. Something sorely missing elsewhere.
