Very nice, friendly and professional
Always there for their patients. Something sorely missing elsewhere.
I felt genuinely cared for. The staff spent time with me, doing their best to understand my needs and tailor my treatment accordingly.
I appreciate my provider, Josh. He is non judgmental. He is kind and he listens intently. Everyone at this location, in Monroe, WA, are kind and treat me like I'm the most important person during my appointment. I want to make sure I stay straight not just for me, my friends and family, but for them as well as they work hard and keep me coming back. Thank you everyone at the Monroe, WA location. Ideal options in Monroe is such a blessing! I have had a wonderful experience eqch and every appointment! The staff and doctors are all so incredibly genuine, kind, compassionate and very caring! I would 10/10 recommend this wonderful place for opioid addiction rehabilitation through suboxone/subtext! I am very grateful to be a patient here!
