They are really great besides their prescriptions team. Honestly whoever the girl is that does the PA.. I've had several conversations with her where she is nothing but rude and does not care to listen to the patients. She thinks that she knows what's going on and she won't even listen to you. I was prescribed 1 and 1/2 medication tablets a day and on the weeks where I was given 7-day supplies or 21-day supplies that is an odd number and so it would push my med count out by a half of a pill and so in order for the pharmacy t... read more
All the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and they really listen to their patients! I love seeing all of them each month and have developed personal friendships with them!
What i like the most about Iseal Options is the way they care about there patients. They work with you on your appointment, explain what the medication is doing and how it works best. They are very friendly and understand. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to change and find a new way to live. Thank you Ideal Option^s for helping me any being so understanding
