All the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and they really listen to their patients! I love seeing all of them each month and have developed personal friendships with them!
What i like the most about Iseal Options is the way they care about there patients. They work with you on your appointment, explain what the medication is doing and how it works best. They are very friendly and understand. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from them. My appointments go great as usual.
Working directly with your team is a dream. However, this company has a terrible customer service that is medically negligent to the the point that I am filling an official complaint with the BBB. I have had two missed virtual appointments where the provider didn’t get on the line. There is, apparently no way for you to talk directly to your team on site. Why?
