I honestly look forward to my weekly Ideal Balance appointments with Melanie, and getting my brixoti (sorry spelling lol) shot with Brian! I cannot recommend the office enough as soon as I walk in the door and see Abby and Brianna I feel like I'm hanging out with my friends! I love everybody that works there!

The staff are the best! Funny, Friendly and kind, always the same sweet faces and Brian to…lol.. Very efficient, convenient area, easy to get in and out if in a hurry. Easy to schedule. They have counseling and resources most people may not realize.
The staff at the Smokey point ideal options clinic are top notch. I’m so glad I found them. They are non judge mental. I’m a prescribed addict for over 15 years. Thank god they’re helping me through it! I’d recommend this clinic to anyone needing this type of care.
Staff are wonderful. Help you need for a chronic pain management program. Switched clinics and had no issue booking a window. Emergencies and priority issue and handled very responsibly.
