Staff is very friendly, and polite. I've never felt like a "2nd class" or "an addict" in the Kalispell Ideal Options office. It's not like the methadone clinic where 100 addicts line up across the parking lot. You come during your time slot and it takes 10 minutes. Your script goes to your pharmacy rite away. I highly recommend this place if your struggling.
