I'm updating my post and review after receiving a phone call from Jasmine which completely answered my questions, called me back three times, and promise to help answer any further questions that I may have in this process. She is truly the definition of compassion. She listened, actual heard what I said, and found a solution. Management should give her a raise and an award for earning business back. She's worth more than gold!!
Do not recommend unless you enjoy being talked down to. If you have an appointment near closing time, you had better get there early, or you will hear the door lock in just before you grab it. Employee’s neither look nor act professional, and definitely do not exude an attitude of care or the desire to really do anything but hurry you out the door.
Ive been completely sober for over 4 years now that I've been in the program. The doctors have All been truly understanding and respectful.
Dr Michael is so kind hearted and so easy to talk to. He so genuinely wants to help to get us healthy AND happy. I’ve never been more impressed with a doctor or felt so cared for. His nurses are so sweet and helpful with anything I could ever need. I was terrified to reach out for the help I needed for so long but they all have made this process such an ease. I’m so grateful and feel so blessed. 10000/10
