This is THE BEST CHOICE if you are looking for help with addiction. They treat you like family no matter who you are. It's a discreet clinic and the nurses are so kind and patient. Then the DR. My experience is that of top tier customer service from the lobby to the service staff and provider in the back.
I have been with Ideal Option almost 3 years now. The staff all greet me when I walk in by my name and talk a bit about our week when they can. I also like that we can have a conversation with months go by and if brought up they remember all the details. They make me feel like my recovery is as important to them as to me. I chose Ideal Options because of their slogan that they care about their patients and recovery. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. First, I want to make it clear that this review is not directed at the clinic staff, Dr. Dempsey, Ms. Cassy, or the other women who work directly with patients. They were always kind, compassionate, and treated me with respect. In fact, I hate leaving Dr. Dempsey’s care because she has been wonderful.
