Please clean the restrooms, one would say, Just throw the entire office away. I go in to do my urine screen and here we go again . The restroom and this toilet seat, yuck . I let them know next time i come in , i'm bringing my handyman and i'm going to Lowe's and buying a toilet seat. And i will have my handyman put the seat on at no charge to the company. This is THE BEST CHOICE if you are looking for help with addiction. They treat you like family no matter who you are. It's a discreet clinic and the nurses are so kind and patient. Then the DR. She is very professional and very kind. We have been through so much as addicts that we can recognize realness or fake and this is the real deal. They really do care and that is hard to find.. I have been with Ideal Option almost 3 years now. The staff all greet me when I walk in by my name and talk a bit about our week when they can. I also like that we can have a conversation with months go by and if brought up they remember all the details. They make me feel like my recovery is as important to them as to me.
