Ideal Options has been a life saver for years. They have a rock star staff at the Washington street location. The on site provider Kat is literally the most caring Dr. and goes out of her way to help patients in their recovery
Avery is awesome! He is always respectful and positive! I am always happy to go in knowing that I will be treated well.
I have been a patient with ideal options for close to four years & I cannot tell you how many times I have seen a provider only to not have a prescription at my pharmacy after the 24 hour mark. it happens to me about half the time and right now I’m still waiting for my prescription 20 hours after I saw a provider yesterday afternoon. I don’t know where this statistic comes from that 95% of patients receive their prescription within 12 hours bc i could count on my fingers the number of times it has happened for me in the four... read more
They treat you like dirt. Pray to God you never have to get a prescription filled on the weekend. Their doctors are nowhere to be found. Do not go to this place.
The staff at the Washington st. location are AWSOME!
