Love the staff very friendly and always kind.
The staff is excellent. I've been going there for a while and it's quick and easy.
* I want to make a note that I left this review late at night and someone from ideal option reached out to me by 8 am the next morning. They asked if I had ever been offered an injection (which can be weekly or monthly) by this provider, to which I replied no. They helped me resolve my concerns timely and for that I’m grateful. So added a star back Kristin is no longer at this facility, she’s at the Auburn location and Puyallup has gone downhill since then. Kristin is no longer at this facility, she’s at the Auburn location and it’s gone downhill since then. The last couple providers I have found to be much more stressful to work with. To the point I’m thinking of switching to another location. I’ve gone downhill a lot lately and I don’t find my appointments to be positive and supportive. I dread coming in.
