10/10 good and friendly staff. If anyone wants to get sober and on the right track you should call or go in! It helped me, I’m over a year sober now and couldn’t have done it without Ideal Option thank you.
I'm not even sure if you guys are a real facility tried to become a patient there can't even leave a message cuz the mailbox is full way to help people out
Before ideal options you couldn’t get treatment in tri cities. You had to drive to the other side of the state. I went from a homeless addict to a functioning, working, member of society, and finally got my own home and family . for anyone who’s trapped in severe addiction, this is your way out, you don’t have to live a horrible life you can recover and overcome.
Ideal Options genuinely is doing the LORDS work. Righteously and professionally, drug addict are modern day lepers in society, But if you go into this office, they will treat you just as well as they would they rich man. I cant imagine how many people are alive today, and not dead, just because of this one clinic…..that’s a fact, not my opinion. I know this for a fact. I’m old school.
