I have been going to Ideal Options off and on now for several years. I know it can be hard to be vulnerable and ask for help, but I promise ypu that everyone will welcome you and treat you kind. Honesty is the best way to get the help you need. Both the nurses and doctors are always courteous, will answer questions directly. It's also very easy to make emergency appointments. I really recommend. :)

Fast, efficient and very friendly staff! I just celebrated 6 months of sobriety, and Ideal Option has been an instrumental part of that. Thank goodness for Ideal Option!
staff is great. 8k of debt in 2 months with workplace insurance. No more treatment for me. tried to call to talk with insurance 3 times. left a message the first time (no callback). the second time phone was answered but nobody spoke. the third time the phone was answered then dropped right away
