Fast, efficient and very friendly staff! I just celebrated 6 months of sobriety, and Ideal Option has been an instrumental part of that. Thank goodness for Ideal Option!
staff is great. 8k of debt in 2 months with workplace insurance. No more treatment for me. tried to call to talk with insurance 3 times. left a message the first time (no callback). the second time phone was answered but nobody spoke. the third time the phone was answered then dropped right away

I personally love these guys. They give me the tool I needed to be successfully sober going on 3 years at the time of this post. I personally have never been a 12 step kinda person I have my reason to be clean and stay clean and this establishment is there to help with medication to make that possible for someone like me. Make the decision to get your life back if I can anyone can.
Dr. Kucera is a terrific provider. I have a auto immune disorder and a host of other health issue. Dr. Kucera take her time to listen and is a very non judgmental provider and has a absolutely off the chart personality, she is funny and make you like you are being heard and that you matter. Dr. Karissa is good provider as well she kind and understanding. The text message alerts are a life saver my memory is awful they keep me up updated so I don't my appointment.
