I am treated with kindness, support and respect by every staff member. When I called to make my appointment, I was withdrawing from the sublocade injection, and was seen immediately! By that same afternoon, I was picking up my script and feeling much better by night. I'm currently a patient, and have remained clean and sober.
there are times I don't have a ride so I'd like to do zoom sometime my family is working and they can't take me
At 1st i was hesitant had my guard up, but after a couple of visits and getting to know the staff and doctor they are so nice and they don't make you feel like you are being judged.
Always helpful in the office as well as over the virtual appointments I am a little sad that the receptionists have changed over, the ones that were there when I began treatment were always so caring and sweet, but I guess change is always going to happen.
