RecommendedIdeal Optical staff is professional, courteous and helpful. They have made several adjustments to my glasses over the past few years, often without charge, even though I did not purchase my eyewear from them. I will definately be going there for future eyewear needs.
Just when I thought professional service had been replaced with quickie, fast buck, inferior “get ‘em in, get ‘em out” optical stores, I found Ideal Optical. It is a joy doing business with people who know their business inside and out. Terry took a lot of time with me to make sure everything was perfect. What a wonderful experience dealing with this nice, locally owned family business ! I have been using them for years and I can honestly say that they go ‘Over and Beyond’ in every way. Always courteous, and very knowledgeable about their product and my specific needs. They also have a great selection of frames! I would highly recommend their product as well as their service.
I love this place! No rushed jobs here! They take the time and care neccessary to ensure our eyes receive expert fitting ! They will see more of our family.😀
I think I started using Ideal Optical around 1975. I will never tell you how many pair of shoes I have...or how many pairs of glasses I have...but all of my glasses and prescription lenses have been done by Ideal Optical. They are, simply, the best!
Thank you for an emergency fix of frames. I had no back-up to get me through getting new lenses and frames. Very nice, helpful people, and right in my neighborhood! In my search, I learned that few folks do this anymore.
