Now doing business as Global Home Travel. Apartment was not as advertised - there were multiple safety concerns (space heaters instead of central heat, non-locking doors), non-working faucets/showers and there was no internet, cable or adequate linens provided. Beware of this company.

Here’s the feedback on the service: · You need to offer a service that delivers the keys to the customer at the door. If it’s an extra charge – then so be it. Requiring me to go all the way downtown from Newark and then back in rush hour traffic cost me 90 mins and blew my evening. · You need to mark the door on the outside of your building with something that says IDEAL OASIS. We booked address Apt. #1, 1st Floor, 462 West 25th Street, Chelsea, New York via NYC Vacation Rentals on TripAdvisor. We were told Ideal Oasis was a partner, and we'd pick up the keys from them at their management office in New York. When I arrived in New York, I switched my phone on and received an email telling me that the booking had been cancelled due to a last-minute emergency. BEWARE !!!! I wish I could rate negative 262729 for this joke of a company. This "Company" scammed us. We were traveling from Aust and emailed a week before saying our accom had an emergency and it wasn't available anymore. After 5 difficult calls they offered sub standard alternative accommodation. When arriving it was not as agreed, it wasn't as nice as the original accom we'd paid for. We went to the office to discuss with them and it didn't exist and no one was there. I wish I could give a zero star rating. I rented an apartment for 4 nights in March 2015 (Snowing and freezing temps). Upon arrival to the apartment found a leaky roof and simultaneously got a call for the agency to move me to another apartment. I wished they could have figured that out a bit earlier. Arrived at the second apartment, after 20 minutes went to use the toilet, saw some "debris" in the bowl so I flushed it before using it and it overflow on the floor with fecal material.
