I changed my referral to this clinic because I had a great experience during my last visit, but I regret it. They refused to schedule my appointment using the referral that clearly sates what needs to be done, insisting instead on a doctor's order something I have never been required to provide to any other clinic. I called my insurance to confrom, and they told me I was correct. On top of that, the front desk was extremely rude to me the last time I called.
Professional, timely and affordable service. When I call their phone number a human actually answers the phone. If necessary, I would definitely use Ideal MRI again.
Top notch, excellent Service here with a very friendly , down to earth, warm staff up front. Refreshments including sodas and coffee are complimentary as well. The cost here especially if you cash pay was almost half the cost of Touchstone Imaging. Highly recommend these folks!! A++++++++++ Shawn, Melissa Ellison
From my first phone call getting information to intake at the front desk, everyone has been helpful. They accept my insurance, I knew the price before going in, and it didnt change. The MRI tech was friendly and explained everything as needed. My only issue is the "donut MRI" but that's not their fault. I can easily recommend IdealMRI as an alternative.
Won’t get you a price even with an exact cpt code and insurance information without sending a request from the doctors office which is very difficult to get removed and sent anywhere else. Highly recommend going somewhere else with a comparable or higher rating.
