I am very disappointed with the level of service I experienced. When I arrived, I was told to fill out paperwork. After I finished and returned the paperwork, another patient came in shortly after and was asked to fill out the same forms but was also offered water or another beverage from the mini fridge, something that was never offered to me. Front desk staff (white lady)very rude, please hire staff that want to work and help patient's
I changed my referral to this clinic because I had a great experience during my last visit, but I regret it. They refused to schedule my appointment using the referral that clearly sates what needs to be done, insisting instead on a doctor's order something I have never been required to provide to any other clinic. I called my insurance to confrom, and they told me I was correct. On top of that, the front desk was extremely rude to me the last time I called.
