Won’t get you a price even with an exact cpt code and insurance information without sending a request from the doctors office which is very difficult to get removed and sent anywhere else. Highly recommend going somewhere else with a comparable or higher rating.
Can't speak to the staff but will say if you need an mri and are paying out of pocket this place is so much cheaper!
Wonderfully polite and friendly staff. I experienced some mental difficulties when I was slid into the machine and was imediately preparing to walk out. Darline was EXTREMELY patient, calming, and understanding. She kept reassuring me throughout the 30 minute procedure which must have took longer than it should have because of me. She pulled me out between scans to calm me down and I was able to make it. I wish we had hundreds of her in the military. A true professional...
Everything about my visit was fantastic! The girls working were so friendly and efficient. In and out quickly. I won’t go anywhere else if/when I need another MRI.
They will charge you the full price upfront and not refund your money after insurance pays. I have spent months trying to get my refund and continually get a runaround and lots of excuses as to why they have not refunded my money yet. The EOB was sent 3 months ago and I have repeatedly been told that they would send the check out "this week" and months later there has still been no refund. This started in APRIL. My latest call mid July had them blaming the hurricane. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
