I wish it were possible to give a negative star because these guys truly are not even worth the 1 star rating! (Might see them under new name Professional Movers Of Denver; per their Website attached to google). We hired them to not only move us but do 100% of our packing. Eric the salesman worked with Matt the owner in preparing the contract and they both felt confident in the quote they provided. When Elaine and her crew came out to pack, not only were they late but they did not come prepared with the supplies they needed.... read more
We had a terrible experience and here's why: Pick up - Showed up 3 hours early, we asked them to come back during time slot Showed up 3 hours after time slot Cracked the tree limbs on neighbors tree with truck. Delivery - Showed up 3 hours late broke tree limbs off of neighbor's tree Missing 3 pieces of furniture- a love seat, 2 table leaves, and bed frame Dining room table was damaged Tried to deliver a mattress that wasn't ours Took 4 days and multiple calls with the people at Ideal to finally get 2 of the 3 missing pieces... read more
I had a situation where I needed to move quickly. I called Ideal movers and talked to Mr. Spero Palmer. After hearing my sob story, he was able to get me scheduled and moved within 12 hours! They guys that handled the move were quick and efficient and they did a great job. Great guys and they work hard! I highly recommend them for their professionalism and work ethic. Matt at Ideal move called me to quote me for my move, he was funny and very customer service friendly. I had received quotes from many different company and Ideal move stuck out the most. When the guys showed up. They introduced themselves and were very polite. They worked fast and efficient. I felt I made the right choice with choosing Ideal move to handle my belongings.
