As in a previous review, they did not wrap our bedroom furniture prior to loading. We even heard them bang it and then they had the audacity to list it as Pre-Existing Damage. They could not have the integrity to point that this out on the paperwork when I signed unfortunately. Yes, this falls on us but the furniture is barely two years old and we knew its condition. Their claims department sent out a repairman who wanted to replace the entire top but he was "instructed" to only do spot repairs because it was Pre-Existing Da... read more
The two guys they sent to move my whole house from Maine to Vermont were top tier gentlemen. Emery and CJ went above and beyond to get every thing done right. I will request these two guys next time. 10/10
Joe and Rock from The Ideal Move helped move me recently. They were fantastic. Moving is always stressful and they helped take the stress right out of it. I’ve moved several times over the years and this was maybe the best moving company I’ve ever used. Nothing was broken, damaged, or missing. Joe and Rock were friendly, fast, and even got out of their truck to help me unload my car before they left when they saw I was struggling to carry items (I had loaded that myself and planned to unload it too). I would never recommend this moving company. The experience was unprofessional and careless. They didn’t bother wrapping my furniture properly—my couch cushions were literally falling off as they carried it and were put into the truck completely unwrapped. The movers also kept complaining about heavy items, which made the whole process feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. They also caused damage and then tried to hide. If I could give MORE stars I would! Absolutely amazing!! Showed up right on time and made the whole moving process absolutely seamless. Even with weather (lots of rain) my stuff remained dry and clean! Could not recommend them more!
