UPDATE - 11/02/25 Nearly a year since the car broke down, despite the court order to refund my money Violetta has still refused to do so, now I will have to pursue debt collection. The courts have awarded me a full refund plus interest, 9 months since the car broke down. Violetta will not respond to my calls, texts or emails so look like a fight to the end and civil enforcement will be needed.
