This is a great park with great tenants. Clean and safe community in South Salt Lake. Long term RV parking and affordable Trailer rental options.
Posting on someone else’s behalf. I lived in ideal mobile home park for several years while the old park manager was still running the place. The place has plenty of potential but the owner doesn't really want to put in the money or effort. They have showers a laundry room and a space for a garden/play area/bbq which is just filled with rocks no grass or anything. Not a quiet place
To expensive to live there to crowded trailers to close together raise the rent every year.
It was a great place to stay and fantastic customer service.
