The new models are spacious and charming. Nice use of space. Master bedroom has an incredible bathroom and the other bedrooms are big and other end nice! Great style and you can customize your home
As of right now we have not received our initial layout plans, from Silvercrest. We are in our 3rd month. I pray this changes. I will provide a follow up.

We popped in to look around. I was impressed with the very low key contact that was helpful and friendly, no pressure at all! We saw a couple of units that looked pretty good and quit livable. This is a one stop process that once you decide on which of several models you choose from, you begin to help design the layout you need and then the interior colors, counters and cabinets.
