First time home buyer and was reprimanded for asking questions of them. They were unprofessional and used vulgar language towards us. We were also given ultimatums and threatened throughout the process that if we didn’t do what they said they would pull our loan and keep our earnest money. We were absolutely not happy with our experience

Debra Epstein is AMAZING. Not only was the whole mortgage process smooth from start to finish- she bent over backwards for us to be able to close within two days!!! She always answered the phone when we called, emails were answered asap- overall a great experience! This was our second time buying a home so we assumed getting a mortgage and finding a good broker would be another pain in the a$$ but it wasn't!
