The staff was very professional and knowledgable I recently had the ring appraised and much to my surprise it was appraised for more then I paid I recommend Ideal Jewelers to everyone I know They have been serving Yonkers for the past 27 years and I really appreciate having a jeweler that is so honest and dependable
My boyfriend bought me a diamond ring from this place and the diamonds keep falling out. I got it fixed once and 3 days later, another diamond fell out. This place is bad.

For years I've bought many items from Ideal Jewelers. It was for the most part a descent retail experience, nothing extraordinary. Recently I had to have a beautiful neck chain (which I bought from them) fixed. Few days later I picked up something that looked similar but not quite like the one I dropped off.
