I came to you through Ideal Insurance Agency Inc. in 187 East Ludlow MA. The person who answers the calls is really rude and has a bad vibe. The other lady who sold me the insurance, Tracy Negron, treated me much better and looked for ways to help me, although she didn't look for as many pricing options as I would have liked, she also didn't ask me questions to find out exactly what I wanted, but she helped me with the basics that I needed.
