I’ve been coming to Ideal Image West Village since 2018 and have spent thousands of dollars on laser treatments over the years. One of the main reasons I committed to the treatments in the first place was because they offered a lifetime membership for touchups when I made that big investment. Touch-up prices have nearly tripled, making it feel like I’m paying for full treatments all over again, despite having already invested a significant amount upfront. Please avoid Ideal Image at all costs. I drove 2hrs to a scheduled visit only to find out the pricing for my lifetime touchups had tripled in cost with no explanatory reasons!! I was not serviced!! All the additional touch up appointments I have had to pay extra for, on top of already spending 3k for laser hair removal. $379 for a Brazilian & underarm touch up is absolutely absurd.
