POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. I made a purchase for botox units on a Friday at 70 Buckland Rd, South Windsor. I changed my mind on a Monday morning requesting refund. Spoke to a Sylvia whom tried to present my case to the owner, I was never told at purchase I had 3 days to request refund. Sunday they are closed. I never signed any documents that stated this as I asked the front desk and she said "I don't have them". I was initially very skeptical about the idea of laser hair removal, not only that I was afraid of how painful it might be. I can now say that everything I was afraid of or worried about is a thing of the past. From the beginning the procedure was painless and I immediately saw significant results after my 2nd/3rd session. Staff are also amazing and very informative!
I’ve now had two laser sessions there and have felt very comfortable and taken care of! Their service has been great :)
