Ideal image is now owned by another company and the package I bought for services the money I paid upfront became lost and now they are saying they dont have record of it. So watch out!

It was my first time going to Ideal image. The place is clean and my treatment went very went well. I’m unhappy that I couldn’t book my next appointment as they do not have a scheduled ready. I also had trouble booking an appointment after I purchased as well.
I just happened to walked in and inquire about their services. Office manager greeted me and made an opening for a laser consult since I didn’t have an appointment. Long story short I ended up having my first of 8 laser hair removal sessions. Payments are very flexible so I enrolled in a monthly one. I LOVED IT.
