I had Ultherapy with Amy. It was a surprisingly relaxing experience. She started the process by applying numbing gel to minimize any discomfort and we had a great chat during the process. I was really impressed by her knowledge of various skin care products and procedures as well as with her expert handling of the Ultherapy device. 5/10/2023 I recieved the best customer service today!!! Not only did the staff (Kristen Ricker) explain everything in detail she made sure I found the right financing to fit my needs. Shelli Brookfield worked her magis to fit all my services in as soon as possible, and Madison Arango made changes to her day off so she can fit part of my services in. I am so excited to start my Coolscupt, Cooltone, and ultheraphy journey! I have had botox, BBL and ultheraphy on my forehead and have had great results! The only issue I do have ... read more

The young who checked me and was such a pleasure and very sweet and Amy was fantastic explain everything it was very gentle and she helped me with learning what was needed to be done. Moving forward. Ideal image is awesome.
