Had my first hair removal procedure performed. My face broke out so bad I advised them and sent them pictures. I was informed it had to be submitted for a refund after a lot of back n forth it was finally agreed I would receive one for the two payments I made on the payment plan on 08/21/25 from services performed on 08/07/25 after me making several calls to the office . I love coming to this Ideal Image! The front desk is always smiling and friendly when I come in. I've been getting laser hair removal with Sarah, and she's amazing!!! Each session has been so quick, and I love the results. I can't recommend this team enough!
I have had nothing less than 5 star treatment and patience and knowledge of the staff. They didn’t sell me anything they listened to my needs and promoted to me what I wanted and would be best for me!
