I paid in full for laser hair removal, they don’t have a provider and now they are asking me to go to Omaha which is an hour away and refusing the refund . Highly unprofessional people !! PLS DO NOT GO THERE!!

Absolutely horrible. The providers are not bad when the clinics are actually open. They are unable to satisfy my contract as the location is closed due to no staff after 5 sessions of laser hair removal. I paid over $3,000 for this service. My contract/terms of service state I paid and they are contractually obligated for 15 sessions/cycles. No refund. No ability to get the services provided I paid for. I believe the company may even be going under. I don’t understand how they can continue to operate so unethically without c... read more
