I do not recommend using them unless you're 100% sure you will go through with the service. I have been trying for almost two weeks to get a $4500 refund because I changed my mind.

I have had an amazing experience here and would recommend it to anyone!!! I know I am in a safe and professional place where the employees treat you like you're their only client and also like a friend. This especially helps when you are getting treatments in private areas!!! I always feel comfortable and confident!!! All of these things are priceless to me!
Who likes shaving? No one! Does it hurt? Honestly, the pain is very minimal. I think the best way to describe it is the quick sting from taking off a band-aid. I am a current client at the Ideal Image Robinson PA location. I find the staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. I am seeing positive results on those areas that are being treated.
Obscenely expensive, shady in business practices. Very, very fraudulent in the manner in which they tell you about their contract and claim that they offer a lifetime guarantee and you can come back any time if you need to after a set number of visits. Yeah, you can come back if you're willing to pay the $100 office visit (which, by the way, is supposedly a HALF-PRICE visit!!!). I've had really good results with Ideal Image. I was pretty surprised to see the bad reviews below when I was looking for their phone number to schedule my next appointment. I'm not in their shoes of course, but I have recommended Ideal Image to a lot of my friends and they've been extremely impressed as well.
I have been working for Ideal Image for sometime now and I cannot say how happy I am to be part of this team. I have been in this industry since 2004 and all and all Ideal Image standards for safety and to always create an exceptional customer experience are well above anywhere I have ever worked before, and I have worked for some of the best. I really cant say enough about Ideal Image as a company! The guests I have met are wonderful and truly see incredible results in a very short amount of time.
