Ideal image really changed my life. The team, especially at the Mayfield heights location understands the epitome of quality care and service. I’m so happy with my laser hair removal, I am now on my 7th year of lifetime maintenance with very little touch ups needed due to such high quality lasers and talented practitioners. Ideal image sets the bar high for quality service, you shouldn’t think twice about selecting this company for your beauty, hair removal and skin care needs.
This place has TERRIBLE business practices. I went in having read the reviews about high pressure sales tactics and disreputable practices expecting the worse and boy was I right! I went from my free consultation for hair removal on my face (full beard). I was quoted over 20k for a package of nine treatments. Let me repeat that TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL JUST ON MY FACE!!! The procedures are not done by trained professional doctors. Just regular hired people and they train by injecting each other. Stay away from this place.
It's a rip off, Ideal Image promises hair removal, but they don't tell you that if the hair isn't gone in the amount of treatments you have in your package, you have to pay for additional treatments. $6000 down the drain, and I still have hair in the treated areas.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!! it DOES NO work!! You end up going through a lot of pain for noithing at all!! THEY ARE THIEVES trying to "WORK" with you, but all they do is waist time, entretain you for an end up result of NOTHING! Then the ORANGE PARK CENTER MANAGER wont do a thing to help with the situation.
