Very professional. Answered all my questions. Nice and friendly
The laser hair removal equipment is so out dated & you’re still over charging !!when you walk in the place looks nice , however they have no bottled water to offer their guests only sink water very low class I was not impressed at all . If I want to pay these prices I’ll go to Naples & be treated like a Queen.
This last appointment I was told to not shave, so I didn’t. The technician shaved me and after treatment my face still have small lumps , itching a lot . Very uncomfortable. She explained me can have discomfort but never expected to be like this .
Katie and Kristen were amazing! Very friendly and had a 5 star experience! Would highly recommend!
