I’ve never given a bad google review for a business but I want to save someone from making the same mistake that I made by choosing to get laser hair removal with Ideal Image. I had the worst experience and would never recommend going here. I was unfortunately one of the people to fall victim to their “summer promotion” that claims to have the best offer, it’s really a scam to get you to go there and they will convince you to buy a package and that it’s their best rate (it definitely isn’t). It has been a terrible experience. They first contact you promising they are there to provide the best service and blah, blah, blah. It’s not a cheap service, so, it makes you think it will happen. They cancelled 3 of my appointments knowing every time they did, my time was ticking and my contract will finish on a certain date. Knowing that, they had the nerve of cancelling my last session I AM PAYING FOR on the last minute. I called customer service concerned about having a near expiration date trying to find a solution.
