Great people! They really care about their clients and are extremely knowledgable about everything from payroll, administration of benefits, workers comp, etc. Loving having a local HR company that answers the phones and is headquartered in Greenville, SC.
Overall not a terrible HR consulting agency. I like that they are local and you can call them right up. Only a few issues in the past of receiving our pay late. The most recent frustration is getting my W2 3 weeks after it was supposed to be here. Then some staff had attitude during phone conversations. Luckily Katie was very helpful and was pleasant to speak with and was able to help me.
This is the type of company that you want on your team. Professional, effective and insanely responsive can describe their organization. Any and all questions that our company has had during this time of uncertainty were addressed in a prompt and direct manner. I would recommend this company to any business without hesitation.
Don't use this company if you want to get paid on time. Always problems with recieving checks and no one double checking or trying to fix the problems.
