I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from Ideal! Michael and his team always take care of me; parts are either in stock, come-in promptly, or I'm told about a delay in advance

Great bunch of guys working at the parts department here. They were very prompt and answering emails or extremely curious as well. They had better price for parts than other dealerships. They're amazing when I went inside and dealt with them. They even remembered that I emailed them and picked up the parts that I needed very quickly. I highly recommend this parts shop.
