We purchased a home from Ideal Homes in Barnum, MN several years ago, and in hindsight I would strongly recommend sourcing as many materials and fixtures as possible from other suppliers. For example, we purchased our kitchen cabinetry from a place in Hermantown, our flooring, as well as our own bathroom vanities, sinks, and light fixtures from other businesses. Went there on a Saturday at 3:00 and they were closed. Their website said open until 4:00.
Friendly service, good info. Salesman wasn't pushy and gave good options even for my lower budget.
