They did some work on my furnace and ductwork. The experience was a breath of fresh air. You can tell these people care deeply for their clients and know what they're talking about!

Ideal Heating & Air has been keeping my commercial building and our home operating perfectly for years. They always have professional, knowledgeable technicians. Reece just worked on our six rooftop units at our commercial building and he was terrific. Highly recommend this company.
They set up an appointment time with us that fit our needs, Josh arrived on time, he was very thorough, listened to my concerns and rechecked the furnace. He followed up with a complete check list and comments.
You installed all new HVAC system in mid summer 2023. Included in price was one year free system service. No one call to come out to inspect the systems. Was recently called to set up annual service contract and mentioned how no one called until now. Set up appointment to come out for my previous service and was canceled on. Second service, same results. Tech called to say he was on his way and received cancellation call shortly thereafter. My wife cancelled her appoints so she could be there between 12-4pm.
