Young man was very nice and respectful.
I've been very happy with Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning. Reece serviced my air conditioner a few weeks ago and came back yesterday for my furnace maintenance. Both visits were great. He was courteous and thorough, and he took the time to explain what he found and answer all my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and practical advice. Thank you to Reece and the whole team. I'd happily recommend them!!
We had a second opinion on a heat exchange which we were told had a break in it. Reece is superb!
IDEAL Heating & Air is fantastic. Their service program is convenient and their techs are always friendly and helpful. Today our tech was Reece and he was great - he is always considerate and made sure everything was working before he left. IDEAL’s customer service is really excellent and that is what makes them stand out. Highly recommend!
Tavon was on time, fast, friendly, and professional. We loved the experience!!!
