I contacted Stephanie back in October of 2018 wanting to learn more about Ideal Protein. I had been morbidly obese most of my life and needed to make a change. I had heard about this program in the past but it was time for me to commit. After talking with Stephanie I knew this was the kind of program I needed to help me to lose the weight but then help me to maintain it. Stephanie has inspired me to lose 45lbs over the course of last year. She is a professional and very honest about the good and the bad weeks.
