Dylan is a great coach. I am very familiar with Ideal Protein and can highly recommend this program to anyone who are looking to follow a simple sheet and food they love. I have done this program more then once, because with life’s ups and downs gaining weight is normal. I can always come back to what I have learned and do because is KNOW if I do Ideal Protein it WILL work. If you want to least to lose weigh, and learn to maintain, you won’t regret making an appointment with Dylan.
