I hired Brent to install a garage floor and the floor was not properly prepped and has started to peel up and flake. He said they offer a “life time warranty”, which has turned out to not be the case. It’s been several months since the floor was complete and it’s excuse after excuse. He hasn’t even made an attempt to look at it himself. He keeps directing me to his installer for questions, which is weird because I hired him and he’s the owner??? Maybe? This is the fifth garage floor that Ideal has done for my family. Every floor looks great and last a long time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always on time and complete the job on time at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!!

They took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and looked seamless with the space. The finished product is beautiful — clean lines, solid craftsmanship, and exactly what I hoped for. It’s rare to find a crew that combines skill with such professionalism, but they did. Highly recommend! Very impressed with the entire team and customer service experience on top of the product and installation.
The team has done a great job at my garage and made it like a showroom. As part of the cleanup work, they left some epoxy on the driveway so they even went above and beyond to have a power wash of my entire driveway. That just shows the level of accountability and responsibility they hold themselves up to and the quality they commit to deliver. 100% satisfied and I d recommend them to anyone.
